I paid, and now it asks me to pay again

On iPhone and iPad, open the payment card and tap "Already paid? Restore your purchase." On the Mac App Store edition, choose "Restore purchase". Use the same Apple Account you paid with. Getting it back costs nothing.

A licence bought on our website and a purchase in the Mac App Store are separate. One does not unlock the other.

On my Mac, the bee is gone after a restart

Korture Now opens at login only if you asked it to. Open the app once, click the bee in the menu bar, and choose "Open at login". Choose it again to turn it off. You can also remove it in System Settings, General, Login Items.

On my Mac, browser windows stay put

Each browser asks once for permission, so Korture Now can minimize its windows. If you said no, open System Settings, Privacy and Security, Automation, find Korture Now, and switch on the browser. Apps still hide without it.

Refunds

For a purchase made in the App Store, Apple handles the refund. Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com. For the Mac app bought on our website, see terms and refunds: 30 days, no reason needed.
